So lets start with some system info
OS: Windows Vista Basic
WLM: Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8064.206)
Msg Plus: 4.82.0.368
Logs being saved to C:\Users\<user>\Documents\My Chat Logs
While in conversation with a contact, an HTML file exists for the conversation, but nothing that is being said is appearing in the file. Once the chat window is closed, the HTML file is deleted. The folder is not marked as read only
Any one have any ideas what is going?

some further troubleshooting on my part, i have created a brand new user account on my computer, and am experiencing the same issues.

on a whim, i also just tried creating a new folder and i am getting the same issue. logs from msn messenger itself work fine as well. i just tried enabling them for troubleshooting.

Hello. I'm having the same issue.
System info:
Windows XP
WLM 2008 (Build 8.5.1302.1018)
Plus! 4.82.0.368
Chat logging is basically working fine, but for only one contact it produces this problem. The HTML file is created at the beginning of the conversation, but it's empty, then it disappears when the conversation window is closed. The "basic" messenger log works fine.
If this helps: the contact blocked me for months, after a while I noticed that in the right-click menu the Plus! options went grey (so unusable) for them.
Any ideas what causes this?
