Windows Plus not working Can Someone PLEASE HELP ME After I download it I go to it And i dont see the Plus button so I pick menu and i see it there but it marks PLUS > Software Not Loaded SOM1 PLEASE HELP ME

I dont have any of those things installed in my cpu but I have bandoo am i supposed to uninstall that? Please help me Thanks for the advice in advance
