i need help! the buttons in the chat window( emoticon, animoticon, sounds, etc..) are disappeared! what can i do to make the appear again?! thanks a lot

Open a conversation windows> Press Alt for the menu bar to appear> Tools> Show Toolbars> Tick "Formatting".
