Firstly, I wanna tell you that I only registered because I found it useful, hoping that the solution of my problem is here..
Anyway, I had the latest version of messenger 9. something, It was good, until an ad for another version of msn showed up to me, 'There is a newer version of msn, click here to download it"
and i downloaded it, signed in again and the msn was the same, I dont know, I didnt notice any changes, and after a while, my messages started to be frozen and not delivered, so I signed out to sign in again, but an error box showed to me ''We cannot sign you to msn''  error number: 80072efd 
and still, for more then one week now,

and yea my msn cant be removed i dont know why.. i tried deleting it to get another one, but it didnt work.. always says 'u need permission to continue' and i dont know how to solve tht!

Are you sure you're on an administrator account?

Try removing WLM with ZapMessenger [Download].

Actually i tried both,
I tried uninstalling the msn then i reinstalled it and the same thing happens to me..
