Removing/replacing that background is most likely a very basic thing. But give people time to answer; it only has been 2 hours since the question was asked. A forum is not an instant message medium where you (usually) have a response in seconds.
(Also reading the skinning documentation might help)

add in the code of "SkinInfo.xml" of the Image
this
xml code:
<Picture Id="4300">

<Metadata>

<UMTop>1</UMTop>
<UMRight>1</UMRight>
<UMBottom>1</UMBottom>
</Metadata>
</Picture>
the codes "<Metadata>" are to set the image.
