Tirando isso, você dar mais umas informações? Tipo qual sua versão do Windows (Vista? 7? XP?) e qual capa tentou importar.

You probably have a security suite or software that is blocking some of Messenger Plus! features such as scripting and/or skinning.
For unlocking the Messenger Lock, double click that "network drive" icon in the notification area near the clock.
