Hi! First of all, sorry for any mistake with my english!

I'm from Brazil and, after instaling Messenger Plus on my newly formatted PC, now with Windows 7 x64 (64 bits), I can't enable the encryption of records of my messages.

The error is: Sorry, but you can not generate the encryption key on this computer or, in PT-BR, Desculpe, mas não é possível gerar a chave criptográfica neste computador.

I Windows XP this features had worked fine, but not now. Anyone can help me?

Two more information: I'm using Windows Live Messenger 2009 build 14.0.8089.726 and Messenger Plus v. 4.83.0.372.

Try those solutions, maybe they'll help you. They didn't work for me.

This may not help you very much, but I am running Windows 7 64-bit with MsgPlus! too and do not have this problem, so it probably isn't specific to the OS.  It is something I've seen discussed in these forums time from time;  I would suggest a search and going through all the troubleshooting steps and possible solutions that you can find.

Ok. I read the hole thread posted and, like Gurpe said, the article didn't help me.

I don't know what I am to do. If anyone have more sugestion, we thanks.
