I am wondering if messenger plus will run on Vista 64 bit alright without any problems. I have KIS installed and have had since August. any information on this is greatly appreciated

Yes, Messenger Plus! runs fine on 64 bit platforms.
Kaspersky shouldn't interfere with anything Plus! does either.
