Forgive me if this isn't done here. However I've seen a few and have searched.
I'm just wondering if it is possible to have a Script or plugin that would bypass the Display Picture Size restriction? (file size not resolution)

I don't think it's possible, at least not with scripts because I'm pretty sure it's a server-side or hard-coded restriction.

Well figured I'd ask , some of the things that are do-able just through script is pretty impressive.. the "Appear Offline Helper" for instance does a lot of things you wouldn't think you'd be able too.
However - Image Restrictions .. I was afraid it would be Server side.
Well here's hoping that 2010 doesn't have a ridiculously small image restriction
If we're wrong though and anyone has an idea how this can be done without breaking any laws lol To avoid issues

You can have a slightly bigger display picture in WLM 2009 when you create your own dynamic display picture. However it appears that you can only use your webcam as source of the pictures, browsing for images on disc doesn't seem to be possible.

How could one bypass the file size restriction on the image with these applications?
I mean I can see how it could be used to record a longer "Dynamic Webcam" Display picture opposed to the pitiful 5 seconds
