When I set my self to away on my WLM and I notice when people IM me when I am away my auto away message do not appear. I want to know how can I fix this. It happens everytime I set my self to away and my auto away message do not work please help me.

Is there something likely to be changing your status to something else?

Can you post a screenshot of the settings window for when you set a personalised away message?
