A friend of mine was telling me about how one of her friends, has a possible script that changes the cam accept/deny text. Instead of the usual long thing of "Username wants to view your webcam accept / deny" it actually has a custom one, which he has to too "Wants to see you naked accept / deny".. Is this a script? Or... Am I looking in the wrong place.

It is a resource in the language DLL. You can alter it by resource hacking.
Keep in mind this is against the terms of use.
