I'm not sure when it starts.
with the previous version I had, I never had this problem at all.
But I can't find the installer from the version which has no problem now.
When I use Chinese to chat with my friends, I got problems for the logging.
the message would look like below:

When I use English...
The messages are fine...
but as you can see from the log above,
the time has a weird tag "NHS"
Is there any settings that I didn't choose right?
or is this a bug from the new Msgplus?
By the way,
I've tried to chose txt mode instead of HTML mode.
it works fine at all...
but I prefer the one with emoticons...
