Hello people, I suck at PHP and CSS and don't really wish to learn.

I would like to make my website look like....


Currently I'm operating a shoddily modified twentyten default wordpress 3 theme

I don't mind if it's made as a full theme or a child-theme for twentyten.

The socialsites link bar can be above my head, not worried about it being topright. the blogroll space above my head, maybe fetching latest things from my facebook? or just somewhere i can whack a short message eg 'Currently working on wallace and gromit tribute animation'

I'm pretty damn broke right now (only eating leftover rice and pasta and drinking tap water at the moment ) but I would be able to pay a small amount for your help, if you wish. I used to do web design so I understand how long/annoying it can be. Thankfully I think I've got a pretty simple request, very simple design and everything's pretty much already there in wordpress I just need it kicked and shuffled around.

So any takers or helpers?

I'm sort of happy with my edits now, kinda resembles the above picture. Will have to make them into a child theme so updates to Twentyten don't break it

I couldn't get the thick underlines to work in the text colour, or stay active on the active page but it's good enough, not default and my head is just bobbing above the footer, to combat uber scrolling I just set the wordpress display limit to 1 post per page
