this place has been a Ghost town for a year or so. a lot of old Regs that i knew from here just dont come to the forums anymore as they have a "life" or they use twitter or Facebook or Myspace. Forums are a thing of the Past i think

Messenger Plus! just needs to be updated with a grand release of Plus! 5...remember when Plus! 4 was released? I joined then.

PS: This forum isn't a ghost town. At leat not more than it was a year ago...
Yes, some regulars from a few years ago left because of "life", but other new people joined in. Even a few old regulars came back to say hi too. There are still very regulary threads being posted, like always, etc...

Messenger news: version 2011 is in beta; It has gone all "social" now and the look is quite different than before. It is also only available for Vista/7...

Messenger Plus!: a new version is in the making. Version 5. Thought it will still be a while before it gets released though. Patchou isn't the only developper/creator anymore as 'Yuna Software' has bought Messenger Plus!. So, now there is a whole team of people behind the addon. Patchou is still highly involved though.
On other personal news: Patchou is going to be a daddy...

Still a bit fresh news: Discrate and Chrissy got banned (again)...

The only reason i was banned was because Chrono wanted to create the situation where we were both banned in the same day so everyone can say "OMG, LOOK AT THAT OMG" which happened.

Thanks for the update Cookie, interesting stuff.

I don't know about you guys, but I've switched to Trillian. Although i still have the latest Messenger installed for A-Patch related activities. It's just taking up more resources and getting slower and more bloated with all this social rubbish.

Trillian aint to bad eh, i use it myself, much easier than Crappy WLM. i think People will use WLM less when they realise what else is out there, perhaps AIM will become a lot larger user base than it is now.
