Hi,
I am trying to install but it says I need to perform a Platform Update for Vista, I already have Service Pack 2 installed?

When clicking on a link it basically says to install Service Pack 2 for Vista but I already have it installed?

All that says is make sure you have Service Pack 2 installed but I already do? I've checked my View Update History and it was installed on the 28/08/10.

Check Windows Update and download any updates. Restart your PC.
If you can't install the KB971644 Platform Update for Windows Vista, it contains the following updated technologies which you can download and install manually:
Windows Graphics, Imaging, and XPS Library (x64)
Windows Automation API (x64)
Windows Portable Devices Platform (x64)
Windows Ribbon and Animation Manager Library (x64)
