Dear all,
I have question about using Ms Plus, I use Msn messenger for a long time. And my brother said if I want to use Plus, I need to update my MSN to the latest ver.

I update my MSN Messenger to the 2009 (9.0 ver.) today, and download Plus, and install it successfully.  However, when I login to messenger, I can't see any Plus functions......
I have tried uninstall it and install Plus and MSN Messenger for several time but it still not work....

What can I do to enjoy the Plus Function?  For more information, I am using Window XP.

Thank you for your question.

Normally, Messenger Plus! should load successfully in most circumstances. I have understood that you are using Windows Live Messenger 2009 (Version 14.0.8117) along with Messenger Plus! 4.85.386, on Windows XP. Did I get you right?

Messenger Plus! is not compatible with all existing Messenger add-ons and extensions. For example, there are some known problems with extensions, such as MSNShell or SweetIM. Are you using any other Messenger add-ons besides Messenger Plus?

Thanks for your reply!  I have checked about the program shown on the post, but they have not been installed in my computer.  I have tried to delete some other program but Plus still not appear.
What other step I can do to solove the problem?

Please post some screenshots of your Programs & Features (Add/Remove Programs on XP) so that we can see if there's any software you have that might be causing the conflict

Note that not every program will list itself in the "Programs & Features" ("Add/Remove Programs" on XP) list. So it might be usefull to also take a screenshot of your running processes in your Task Manager (ctrl-alt-delete > (task manager >) Processes tab)
