can someone please give me some guidence with this problem, im not very computer literate, my friends keep asking why i cant have web cam conversation and only video call, even though i have a web cam., they tell me to hover over web cam icon and select have a web cam conversation but mine doesnt give me that option. why?

Microsoft has made it so you can only make video calls, you can't just send webcam anymore.
