I am trying to sign in my account and it tells me that i have to first verify my account and then i am going to be allowed to sign in.
and when i press the verify is taking me

and i am pouting there my e-mail and my password and is giving me this message

You must wait a period of time before being able to sign in. That is the way the system is designed. If a person attempts to log into your account with the wrong password too many times your account will be locked out for a bit.

You also may want to block out your email from the post...

Contact 'customer service/support' and explain the situation.
