MSN issue - Printable Version

So for the past couple days when I sign onto windows live messenger everything is fine, but when someone else signs on thats in my contacts. I have to sign out and back in for them to see me. I'm offline to everyone who signs in after me.
I havent updated anything, itwas pretty random. Any ideas?
