hey, sorry for my bad englisch. 
desktop contacts are working with 4,9 but the icons are not flashing if i become a msg, why? can i fix it or i have to wait for plus! 5.

You will have to wait. Not everything in 4.9 is compatible with Windows Live Messenger 2011.
