I got an update notice and after I did the update, I lost all my sounds for Plus.  I can't even find the sound library.  So, now I can't send or receive any sounds.  I have deleted and re-downloaded Plus at least 4 times and each time, I can see the word Plus on the top of the main Windows Live box, but it does not show in the individual windows and there is NO sound option other than to record my own.  When I click on Plus, there is a box there that says  Software Not Loaded.  If I click on the link there,  it brings me to a help page....but so far, I can't find any help that works.  I have also deleting the entire Messenger program and re-loaded that!  Any ideas???
I am running Windows Vista and Windows Live Messenger 2011. 

You probably updated Windows Live Messenger to the new 2011 version.

Messenger Plus! Live is not fully compatible with it yet.

Your sounds haven't been deleted, they're still there.

You will need to downgrade to WLM 2010 to restore the sound features or wait until Plus! is fully compatible (approx. December).

Thank you so much!  That is exactly what fixed it!  Now, do you by any chance have a good site to go to that I can preview and d/l individual sounds...rather than whole sound packs?
