Ok so lately my messenger has been freezing on my laptop windows 7. and its completely annoying..especially when i play a game it closes or freezes ..can someone help me to fix this problem??

Is it just Messenger that crashes or other programs too?
If you're playing a full screen game it's usually recommended you exit all other running programs, including Messenger.
It may be more of a system maintenance problem rather than Messenger's.
You can try removing and reinstalling Messenger.
