Alright. I recently moved to a new MSN Messenger/Hotmail account. Aside from the new 'randomly blocking contacts that add or get added' issue, everything's been peachy.
The problem I have is something that happened last night. For as long as this account has been active, people have had no problem with adding me to their contact lists and whatnot aside from the random blockings. Everyone except one for some reason. I was talking to her about it last night but we weren't able to solve it. Was wondering if anyone's gotten this 'error' before.

When I add her, it seems to go fine. She appears as Offline even when she's online though. And when she adds me, she gets the message shown above.
Is something wrong on her end? Has anyone had this error before?

After Googling, I can't find a single solution for it. Not many people have come across that error.
Have you...?
#1. Made 100% sure the address you're typing in correct?
#2. Both removed each other, then re-added?
#3. Got your contact to add you instead?
#4. Removed and re-installed Messenger?

Try adding her in hotmail, and when it appears in Messenger add her to Messenger contacts from their. (Right Click & 'Add To Messenger I think).
