NOVICE QUESTION: IF I DOWNLOAD A SKIN WILL IT BE SEEN BY MY CONTACTS ON THEIR SCREENS?

Messenger Plus skins won't be visible on your contacts end, but your scene will be. You don't need a skin to set a scene.
