Introduction

The idea of this script is like that of QuickKey - to provide various Messenger features under hotkeys.  What makes Fingertips different is that it actually uses interfaces, which in turn allow much more in terms of interacting (see the screenshots below).  The default hotkeys for this script will follow a Shift+Alt pattern, as opposed to Ctrl+Alt used in QuickKey (of course, you can still customize it to whatever modifier keys you like).

It automatically updates when new conversations are started or closed, and updates statuses and blocked icons as necessary.  And it resizes to fit the number of conversations it holds (currently capped at 20). 



Like the conversation window, it auto-updates and resizes.  The box at the bottom allows you to search through your contacts by name or email. 



So you can actually change or copy profile aspects at a glance.    As for the Media box, that does format music information nicely, and it also supports game tags (like XBox Live).  Also, the name and PSM fields don't automatically update (so that you don't lose partial changes), so a * will appear on the button to indicate an update.
