Afternoon all,
Apologies if this is in the wrong place or has already been discussed. I have trawled through a few threads and can't see anything to help 
I was forced to upgrade WLM yesterday, I couldn't download it at first so removed all my old version and installed the newer one...
Now I can't log in!! I get various reasons, 8100030d and 81000306
After a few attempts, I get the 'troubleshoot' option and it states my default gateway is the issue (it is offline).. then it's fine... then it's not!!
I have done most the things the help site states, it is not my firewall..
Im using firefox not IE...
Can anyone please help!? I'm really not tech savvy so if you could keep it simple for a simpleton I would really appreciate it
