A scam site, it actually downloads 4.90.392.
What I don't get is why someone would bother making such a site with not one advertisement on it? Kinda silly

That is not a site by Yuna software. It is created by someone else, probably as some kind of scam. For now the download link there gives you Plus! 4.90.0.392, which is already available from http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/.
Messenger Plus! 5 isn't out yet. It is aimed for the end of this month, so if everything goes well it should be out soon, but not on that site. The official Messenger Plus! site is http://www.msgpluslive.net/.
