Import Skin Error - Printable Version

I am getting this error every single time I attempt to import a skin into my Messenger. I am a pc admin but i still cant import a skin its saying:
Error: the destination directory for the skin couldn't be created.
What Do I Do

Regardless if you are the Administrator or no, the same problem still exists. Please see: matty's reply to Directory Cannot be Created..
