When I try to install plus5 the setup shows me a messeage: unable to initialize installer GUI, What can I do to fix this problem? i Have Win7 and messenger 2011

On Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Using Windows Live Messenger 2011.
Trying to install Messenger Plus! 5.02.712.
