Is there any way of getting the Windows Live Messenger 2011 taskbar icon right click menu like it was in WLM 2009?

Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed or have those extra menu items been completely removed?

Hey there...
I recently upgraded my system to Win7 and I see similar kind of problem. Is this by default in Win 7 or some setting is there which needs to be enabled?
