"download" button links to: http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/, which brings the user to the redirected
http://www.msgplus.net/Home?aspxerrorpath=/download/
Looks like an error to me.
Should link to:
http://www.msgplus.net/Downloads/MsgDetailDownload
or
http://www.msgplus.net/Downloads
Depending on if the download button is supposed to link to the pre-download page or actual page.
I'm assuming a Forum Mod/Admin can modify this easily.

Could you specify on what page you saw that broken link and in what language?

At a guess, I think he means the "download" link at the top-right of every forum page, hence:

I see well I'm not a forum admin, but I added a url rewrite rule on the IIS server that host http://www.msgplus.net. So now every query on http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/ is the same as http://www.msgpluslive.net/downloads/ .

Perma-fixed.
Also corrected a few other mentions and links referring to "Plus! Live" or "msgpluslive.net".
