Is there a script which is automatically blocks every MSN contact which is offline, or appearing offline?

There was a script called Offline Blocker that did just that, but it hasn't been updated for several years, so it may not work with WLM 2011.

It works on 14.0.8089.726. The contact must come on-line, and right when he signs out he's blocked instantly
