Alright, it's not me that has the problem - it's my girlfriend. Okay, so what happened is ... Everything was fine until she downloaded a program so her mom could view some pictures. After that, she constantly sent the same thing over and over again "c8e634e3-2a6a-11e1-94e5-c80aa9ffb56f" every time she tries to say anything.
Now, we know it's messenger plus because every time she uninstalls it, her messenger works fine.. She said something about a program, a sponsor that was called something with 'Circe' or 'circle'.. I can't remember.
Anyway, we uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired.. Everything. Has this happened before? Is there any way to solve it? We sort of need it back in a hurry.
