When i try to follow the "forgotten password" workflow at https://www.msgplus.net/SpecialPages/logon.aspx?returnurl=/?lang=en-US. I am presented with an "Unhandled exception" screen. I know my username and am unsure which of email addresses i used when i registered. Any help would be appreciated! We are unable to replicate the problem that you are reporting. We have only one user in the database that match the nickname joltCoder it is associate to an email address at microsoft.com. I click on the Forgottent password link, enter the email address and click on send password. No exception everything seem to work fine, you should check your email at microsoft.com a new password has been sent to you. Unfortunately if you no longer have access to that email account there no way to recover the Plus! account. You guys have access to the database... Sunny has changed email addresses I do believe in the past. I aggree, a secret question is a good idea. I'll log a new product backlog item in Team Foundation when I return to the office in Januaray.
