interesting. i'm running Win .NET RC1, unfortunately, and noticed that the Type Library that I have on 2K doesn't exist. The interface (IMessenger) still exists, but I'm assuming the problem is with not having a type library, or the right type library. is there a reason that the 2K library doesn't work on win.net?

will COM development be different for Win.NET than for 2K? if its not, then i don't really see why Messenger should be any different.

its not a big deal, because i'm running 2K with VMWare anyways, for compatibility. still, it'd be nice to have the ability to do dev work outside of VMWare.

I hope those bums at microsoft do soon

Micro$oft is screwing things up again.... They think it is NICE to screw up someone's HARDWORK.... And they "don't" know their Messenger NEEDS modz SUCH AS Messenger PLUS.
