When you try to install Plus in a computer which doesn't have any compatible Windows/MSN Messenger version, the error sound is played but no error message is shown.
This only happened in Windows XP, I also tested it in Windows 98, ME and 2000 and the message appeared correctly there.
About the suggestion: I think the way the installer works currently leads to confusion regarding the sponsor installation. As I said in

I think that window should be more clear. It should be divided in two screens to avoid confusion: one would ask "Would you like to install the sponsor program?" and explain that it's for helping Patchou, then, if you select "Yes" and click "Next", it would display the agreement.
