O.P. Max length of MessengerPlus_SetName?

Hi, I was testing a few things in a plugin, and I was wondering what is the max length of the new nickname you can pass to MessengerPlus_SetName.
It looks like it can be only 128 chars long, is this correct?

EDIT: The Messenger client lets you write up to 129 chars...
