estou com problema com relaçao aos sons emotivos, eu consigo receber e ouvir, sem problemas, mas n aparece sequer o icone pra mim enviar um som,

i´m having a problem with the sounds(like emoticons), i can receive and listen to them but the icon to send sounds doesn´t even appear.
alguem pode me ajudar?
