O.P. "No log file for this contact" if the current month has no conversation.

It's only when you open a conversation with them for that month, that it creates the July file, allowing /viewlog and the "Open chat log..." context menu to work.

edit: And ofcourse when this blank July file gets removed, you cannot access the chatlogs for this person.
