File Sending
Is there a command to start a file transfer? such as /file nameoffile.exe or whatever?

I don't believe there is. Just /sendfile
You could share whetever files you want to send fast by using the share menu.
I tryed "/sendfile lol.jpg" for the fun of it and it opened a contact window with the user name "lol.jpg" in it. Lol
