Wipey Plugin
Basically adds a new sound (Alan Partridge's "A-HAA!") and an about box for my plugin.  More stuff's gonna be added as I think of it.  This is the v.first source of my coding so be nice with it I suck at programming

my plugin suck! and got lots of errors yet but i desided to put it here anyway.

il post it soon cuz im currently fixing some errors it does not have many feutures but still....
