Hey there,
I really don't know much about computer stuff, so excuse me if I say anything stupid
Here's what happened. I updated the messenger plus today 'cause I got a notice and when it finished installing I had a few icons on my desktop. There seemed to be some strange programs running. I did a search and on my Program Files there's a new folder called FlawPure, inside it has a few exe files: mpeg.exe, first locks.exe, bait grey.exe, play.exe and knobopenflap.exe
Anyone know what these might be? I hope it's not a virus or something. I don't know if my norton was updated, it must've been, but the virus definitions must've been a few days old.
I did a search on Google for Flawpure and a few of those files, but couldn't find info on them.
What should I do to get rid of these? just delete them? They were a few of those running in the background. I have Windows ME and MSN 6.1
