how about having a link to the latest posts user has posted in the  "Welcome Back" box instead of goin everytime in the search and typing your name all the time??
I think it will be pretty useful and quicker for people who want to see the answers on their thereads and posts in the time order

Go to a member profile (click on its name) and in the first block there (called "Forum Info") click on "Find"...

Or just click on the find button not so far from their name, next to the "pm msg" button
