If you mean the installation file, its wherever you saved it

If you mean you cant find the prefrences panel, try looking next to File, Contacts, etc. etc. in your MSN Contact list ;)

Welcome To The Forums btw (Y)

Hi Bill, and welcome to the forums

Messenger Plus! doesn't need to be started. There's no icon anywhere. It starts automatically and you can notice that because you'll see a entry named "Plus!" in the menus of the windows of messenger. Using that new menu, you can access all the features of plus. I'd suggest you to take a look at the preferences (main messenger window, menu Plus! > Preferences). Also, you can read this: http://www.msgplus.net/features.php

Enjoy your new Plus! ;)

btw, MsgPlus! wasn't designed to work with Windows Messenger...Some features do work but it was designed to work with MSN Messenger, although the two clients are similar you can download MSN Messenger at http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/9/a/09a7...36bb52/SetupDl.exe
Don't worry you wont loose anything you can still use your same account its just MSN Messenger is a more personal home user friendly and has more features than the business designed Windows Messenger...

wrong. Messenger Plus! is designed to work with both Windows and MSN Messenger. Almost all the features of plus are available in both messengers.

Bill: there's no need to change to MSN Messenger. You can still using Windows Messenger (if you like it more). Just be sure you have the last version of Windows Messenger (4.7). You can also get Windows Messenger 5, but it's more bussines oriented and I'd suggest you to stay with the last 4.7.x or get the last MSN Messenger 6 (currently 6.2.0137)
