I mean, it's good, but as a native speaker I think I may/should make some suggestions:

• Replace "bottone" with "pulsante"; "bottone" is rather outdated applied to computers now, IMHO. Usually "pulsante" is used
  
• [PrefDlg.SndConfig.Text1] Regionalism: don't use articles before "nomi propri" (I don't know how it is said in English... names like "Joe", "Mark", "Patrick", "Windows") - replace "il Plus!" con "Plus!"
  
• [PrefDlg.SndConfig.ShortcutLbl, .Shortcutbar] Wrong: "Azzera stato collegamento" means "Reset the status of the shortcut", not "Shortcut to reset the status"; possible correction: "Scorciatoia azzeramento stato"
  
• [PrefDlg.CustomNames.Text1]Typo: "ti permette di" instead of "ti permette ti"
  
• [PrefDlg.FloatWindows.Text1]Missing spaces:  "tuoi contatti" instead of "tuoicontatti";"mantenere chiusa" instead of "mantenerechiusa"; "ai contatti" instead of "aicontatti"; too long, doesn't fit the screen
  
• [PrefDlg.MsgQuickTexts.ShortCmdLbl]Shorter and clearer: "Questo alias" instead of "Il corrente alias"
  
• [PrefDlg.MsgQuickTexts] Inconsistency: sometimes it's called "Testo immediato", sometimes "Testo breve"... the former is better IMHO
  
• [PrefDlg.MsgQuickIcons.CustomText]"Provaci" does not mean "Give it a try!" but "Give us a try!"; "Give it a try" is "Provali!" in the context (where we have a plural subject, so it's "provali" not "provalo")
  
• [PrefDlg.MsgTextRecall.SettingsBar]Word order, outdated: "Altre impostazioni" or "Opzioni aggiuntive" instead of "Addizionali Settaggi"
  
• [PrefDlg.MsgQuickTexts.Label1]Not translated: "numero %i di %i" instead of "numero %i of %i"
  
• [PrefDlg.EventLogging.Text2]Regonalism (see above): "menu di Plus!" instead of "menu del "Plus!""
  
• [PrefDlg.NotifOpt.EnableCheck]Word order: "&Abilita la finestra di notifica di Messenger Plus!" instead of "&Abilita Messenger Plus! finestra di notifica"
  
• [PrefDlg.NotifOpt.Text1]Word order, typo, formal language: Replace "In quel caso, una finestra di popup simile a quella usata da Messenger è visualizzata.." with "In quel caso, viene visualizzata una finestra di popup simile a quella usata da Messenger."
  
• [PrefDlg.MessengerLock.Label2]Wrong: "Sistema ampio collegamento" means "A wide system of connection"; "System wide shortcut" is "Scorciatoia a livello di sistema" (but I'm afraid it's too long).
  
• [Dialog.Scheduler.Text1]Badly translated IMHO. Proposal: "Messenger Plus! può ricordarti eventi importanti, o cambiare il tuo stato a giorni e orari specificati. I tuoi messaggi verranno visualizzati in una finestra pop-up e in caso di assenza verranno ripetuti. E' possibile associare a un pop-up anche un programma o una pagina web".
  
• [Dialog.Scheduler.Text1] Proposal: "Orario:"
  
• [Dialog.Scheduler.Text1] Too long: "Esegui/visita:"
  
• [Dialog.Scheduler.OrLbl] IMHO "o" is too short: I'd prefer "oppure"

I'm sure there are other tweaks, but I have to go now.
Oh, I almost forgot: "Can anybody who can speak Italian confirm my correction proposals?"

Yes, it's all correct! Good! The next release of Msg Plus in italian language will be perfect!
