I forgot my password so i cannot access preferences in plus can anyone help.

the password of what? MSN Messenger or messenger lock? It's is messenger lock press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, go to processes and terminata msnmsgr.exe

Dodgy Kryptonate, he means the password for the Messenger Plus! Preferences.

Unfortunatly the only way to remove it is to uninstall Messenger Plus! and remove the user settings
