Since installing MSN Messenger Plus I've found that after I log off and close my MSN Messenger it logs in and shows me "online" on other peoples computers but I still show me as ofline.  They can start a chat with me and I can see the chat in my computer... even though I'm logged off.  The name on the chat window is "Messenger Plus Rocks".  The only way I've been able to log off from this is to use control/Alt/Delete and stop all processes related to MSN Messenger and MSN Plus!  Has anyone else found this problem?

It sounds like you are having problems with Windows Messenger on Windows XP. This program can be quite hidden, and apparently sign in without knowing.

To change this, you must edit something so Windows Messenger will not be loaded. I hope the information in this post is all you need to know to change it
