O.P. Time zones options messed up
The time zones in the User CP Options are messed up. GMT is behind an hour. I noticed when even after setting my time zone to GMT -5 (eastern standard time), the post times were still an hour behind from my computer's clock.

This should be fixed, me thinks. :)

There is a daylight savings time option, make sure you set that one correctly :)
