O.P. unable to make short cut for emoticons;

The window, where i can enable my shortcut for emoticons is disabled and i'm unable to make opening "(" my shortcut for emoticons .. Pls Help ..

It looks like you are using Windows Messenger. This feature is not available in Plus! 3 if you are using Windows Messenger, sorry.

For the Quick Icon feature (i think this is what you mean) you must have a custom emoticon already made. Then, the next time you type "(" the list of normal emoticons will show up and your new custom emoticons. I hope this is what you wanted, and if nothing comes up when you type "(" you are using windows messenger like Tochjo said.
