Can anyone make a plugin so that the torrent info of some of the popular Bittorrent clients like Azureus, Bit Tornado etc could be shown in text to the contact?

Edited: To make it more understandable. I left out a thought or two

As far as I know the information should in theory be able to be received in a VB plugin and then displayed...however it'll be a little dodgy in how to retrieve the exact information...

i know he wants a plugin, but what would be the point, ABC already does a great job.

I know Azureus can output a statistics log file.
If the plugin was going to be made, it could simply read and deciper the log file.

Not sure about ABC tho.

Azureus has a plugin structure. Not being a programmer myself, but couldn't someone write an Azureus plugin which can extract the information, then have a Msgplus plugin talk to it? This is the way that the WMP2 plugin works.

For the other clients, it might be a bit more tricky to extract this information.

Well i use azureus so an azureaus plugin would be fine

djee... what's the freaking point of such plug-in?? Why would you inform your contact about the torrent-download status??
